Tennessee softball is a win away from another Super Regional appearance with the Knoxville Regional final against Ohio State on May 18.
The Lady Vols (42-14) has taken care of business through two games over two days in regional play, winning 17-0 over Miami (OH) on May 16 and 4-2 over Ohio State on May 17.
Ohio State (45-13-1) will have to win twice against Tennessee on Sunday to advance to the super regionals.
The Knoxville Regional will face the winner of the Baton Rouge Regional in super regional play next week. Top seed and hosts LSU were eliminated on May 17, leaving Nebraska and Southeastern Louisiana to play in the regional final.
