Realme GT5 breaks cover in spy shot

Realme is getting ready to unveil its newest Realme GT5 smartphone, and the company’s Weibo account provided official confirmation. We also got our first glimpse at the handset due to a stolen spy photo. Yesterday, Realme confirmed the GT5 name, and now, courtesy to dependable tipster Digital Chat Station, we have even more details.

The 6.67-inch OLED screen on the Realme GT5 will have a 1.5K resolution (1,240 x 2,772px) and a speculated 144Hz refresh rate. For the front-facing camera, the device will have a centered punch-hole cutout on the top. Since the phone is enclosed in a case for protection, we are unable to see the true design.

With up to 24GB of RAM, the Realme GT5 is anticipated to launch with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU. According to the latest rumor, the gadget would also support cable charging at speeds of 150W and 240W, just like the Realme GT Neo 5 and GT Neo 5 240W from a year ago. The Realme GT5 is anticipated to be unveiled in August and make its international debut as the Realme GT Neo 6.
