In Gwalior, Jabalpur, and Ludhiana, it is the first and only operator to introduce 5G services.
Select clients in the city where Jio has launched its 5G services currently have unrestricted access to 5G data.
In a statement, Jio announced that the introduction of Jio True 5G “reaffirms Jio’s commitment and offers advanced technological assistance for the forthcoming 17th edition of the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas and Invest MP — Global Investor Summit being hosted in Indore in January 2023.”
In the meanwhile, on Thursday, the telecom provider launched its 5G services in Odisha, beginning in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, in the presence of Union Ministers of Education, Skill Development, and Entrepreneurship Dharmendra Pradhan and Ashwini Vaishnaw. The first locations to receive Jio True 5G services are the silver city Cuttack and the temple city Bhubaneswar, according to an announcement from Reliance Jio. When the launch occurred, the city was preparing to host the FIH Men’s Hockey World Cup later this month.
