Most jarred pizza sauces are made without dairy, but when you don’t have any on hand, this easy dairy-free pizza sauce is the way to go. It’s a simple, stir-together recipe using inexpensive, everyday ingredients and spices. And it just needs 15 minutes of simmering for thickening and to allow the flavors to meld. That’s just enough time for you to prep your toppings and dough!

Special Diet Notes: Easy Pizza Sauce

It doesn't get much easier than this simple pizza sauce. It can cook while you prepare the rest of your pizza, or while you par-bake the pizza dough, if needed.

Was this supposed to be 3 Tbs or tsp. My mouth smells bad of garlic now and was a little garlic hot whole eating. The flavor was good though just think bit too much garlic.

Sorry for the extreme delay, your comment slipped through! Yes, that seems very excessive. I double checked Mike’s recipe, with the original he sent us and the one he posted, and it is with 3 tablespoons. But even 3 teaspoons is a lot. I’ve modified the recipe with our recommendations. Thank you!
