Can you believe it? In the U.S. and Canada, there are now more than two dozen dairy-free ice cream shops, and some have multiple locations! They each serve a selection of hard-pack and/or soft serve flavors, and don’t have a drop of dairy on the premises. Sure, there are many ice cream parlors with a vegan flavor or two. But it’s so wonderful to walk into a shop and have the whole menu to choose from. Plus, there are no issues with shared scoops or soft serve machines.

But these are the purely dairy-free ice cream shops you can currently visit in the U.S. They are listed alphabetically by state or province, and are vegan-friendly. Arizona
