25+ Dairy-Free Advent Calendars for Your Christmas Countdown

Updated for 2025! Each year, I begin updating this guide in September, when the first dairy-free advent calendars pop up. I finalize it during November, since some companies don’t officially release their advent calendars until weeks before the countdown begins. This year, I have dozens of options in North America, Europe and Australia to share with you. Availability: Some of these dairy-free advent calendars won’t be available until November 1st, the day after Halloween. We’re updating a little early this year because most companies sell out quickly! You might spot an accidentally dairy-free generic advent calendar on the cheap at your local stores, so look around! These are the brands you can count on with many special options that go well beyond the dollar store varieties.

Dairy-Free Advent Calendars: The Chocolate Collection

No Whey! Vegan Advent Calendars

Their cute dairy-free advent calendars are filled with 24 different “milkless” chocolate shapes. As always, No Whey Chocolate runs a facility that is free of dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and soy. Over the years, their products have made it into some stores, but they are easiest to order online.

Gnosis Advent Calendars

This raw, vegan chocolatier is known for their pure and unique truffles. This year they have a few collections of deluxe advent calendars. Some hold classic and unique truffles, with flavors like cherry cordial, peppermint, golden creme, three kings, and spiced orange. Another holds mylk, dark, and white chocolate squares. And yet another is a gorgeous illuminated keepsake calendar that you can enjoy year after year.

Happi Advent Calendar

This oatmilk chocolatier has created a plastic-free advent calendar, complete with dairy-free, gluten-free, and soy-free treats made from single-origin Colombian cocoa. And this year, it contains their three best-selling flavors: Plain M!lk, Orange, and Salted Caramel.

Plamil So free Organic Dairy-Free Advent Calendars

This chocolatier doesn’t mess around. Their selection of organic, fair trade, dairy-free advent calendars includes their White Vanilla. Oat Milk Chocolate and No Added Sugar Oat Milk. All are still made in Plamil’s dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free factory, and are even soy-free by ingredients. These calendars are most readily available in the UK, Europe, and Australia, but can be ordered online worldwide.

Moo Free Organic Free-From Advent Calendars

How many advent calendars can claim that they are “multi award winning”? Well this one can! This is another organic, milky chocolate-filled gem out of the UK, but they also offer white chocolate dairy-free advent calendars. This year, they’re also offering a milky BING calendar. Everything that Moo Free makes is dairy-free, and their advent calendars are vegan, made with fair trade ingredients, and free of gluten. They’re even made without nuts and soy, but soy and hazelnuts are present in the Moo Free facility.

Monty Bojangles Vegan Truffles Advent Calendars

This curiously moreish calendar is filled with vegan cocoa dusted truffles in three flavors: cocoa nib nights, berry blush, and caramel haze.

Divine Dark Chocolate Advent Calendars

They do make dairy milk chocolate advent calendars, but Divine’s dark chocolate version is made without dairy. In fact, it’s Vegan Society Certified. These are available in stores and have even been spotted at World Market in the states.

Hotel Chocolat Dark Chocolate & Nutmilk Chocolate Advent Calendars

Hotel Chocolat does produce milk chocolates, too, but they also make a few dairy-free advent calendars that are “unbelievably vegan”. You’ll find detailed figurines including reindeer, snowmen, and enchanted Christmas trees in their elegant dark chocolate and nutmilk chocolate calendars. They also have a cute “Up to Snow Good” nutmilk chocolate advent calendar (U.K. only).

Mummy Meagz Choccy Balls Advent Calendar

The Choccy Balls from Mummy Meegz have become quite legendary. They’re individually wrapped truffles with a creamy, dairy-free, oat milk center. This countdown box contains one for each day leading up to Christmas.

Chococo Plant-Based Advent Calendar

Each window houses a fancy dairy-free truffle – 25 in total with 14 different flavors. The unique collection includes flavors like Scallywag Whiskey, Oat M!lk Honeycombe Gem, Tawny Port & Fig, and Port Barrel Gin & Juniper.

NOMO Advent Calendars

NOMO (aka No Missing Out) now has two cheerful Santa advent calendars, each with 24 dairy-free creamy chocolate treats. One has their classic Choc Drops and the other has mini milky chocolate bars in caramel, mint, orange or chocolate flavors.

Cocoa Libre Advent Calendars

This U.K. chocolatier now offers two vegan advent calendars free of gluten, dairy, nuts, and peanuts. One is filled with milky chocolate shapes and the other contains premium soft-centered chocolates.

Goodio Advent Calendar

You’ll discover an assortment of chocolate flavors behind each window, and each one is vegan, organic, gluten-free, and soy-free. And this year, they have three different designs and assortments to choose from. They’re made in Finland, but they have a U.S. online store, too.

H!P Oatmilk Chocolate Calendar

This hip U.K. oatmilk chocolatier has brought their vegan advent calendar back for another season, but this year, it has a new look. However, it still includes four flavors of dairy-free oatmilk chocolate squares, including creamy original, gingerbread, salted caramel, and orange.

Weibler Dark Chocolate Advent Calendar

This “accidentally vegan” advent calendar boasts pretty little German chocolates that just happen to be made without milk ingredients. It’s primarily sold in Europe, but it seems to return each year to World Market in the U.S.

Luisa’s Artisan Vegan Advent Calendar

Each year they design a new image for their advent calendar, but it’s always filled with high-quality chocolates in flavors like white raspberry, pistachio swirl, and gingerbread.

Go gourmet with this fancy box of 24 vegan chocolates. It’s filled with six stunning flavors, including Pumpkin Spice, Pistachio, Merry Berry, and more.

Marks & Spencer Made Without Advent Calendar

The grocer Marks & Spencer has their own “free from” advent calendar, filled with vegan ricemilk chocolates. Look for it in store.

Popcorn Shed Gourmet Popcorn Advent Calendar

Skip the cheesy tins. This tasty popcorn advent calendar features 24 vegan bags popcorn in six flavors: Butterscotch, Cocoa Caramel, Cherry Pie, Christmas Pudding, Chocolate Orange and Gingerbread Popcorn. Please note that the other Popcorn Shed Advent Calendar contains milk!

Favorite Day 12 Day Candy Countdown

Target offers several house-brand advent calendars, including a 12-day version that’s filled with different gummy candy. The candy does contain gelatin, so this advent calendar isn’t vegan friendly.

Adagio 24 Days of Tea Calendar

The calendar holds 24 doors with a delicious tea behind each, and it’s available in loose tea, teabag, and decaf tea options. All of the teas are gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegan-friendly.

Haribo Candy Advent Calendar

Most advent calendars are filled with chocolate, but this is a great candy option by a German gummy maker. Some Haribo candies contain wheat, and many are not vegan. Nonetheless, they do appear to be dairy free.

Harry Potter Jelly Belly Advent Calendar

Jelly bellies and Harry Potter – need I say more? We’ve also spotted these dairy-free advent calendars at World Market.

Pukka Tea Advent Calendar

There are a few tea advent calendars on the market, but many, like David’s, actually contain dairy. But Pukka is a wonderful, healthy, dairy-free, and organic brand. This year’s calendar includes green, herbal, and festive teas.

Bonne Maman Preserves Advent Calendar

The kids might not get excited about this calendar (or maybe they will?) but I think adults will love it. It includes a new fruit spread or honey to enjoy each day. I found it at World Market in the US.

Jo & Seph’s Vegan Popcorn Advent Calendar

This UK popcorn company does use dairy, but this particular collection is dairy-free and certified vegan. It’s a giant storybook filled with festive flavors, like Vegan Salted Caramel and Vegan Toffee Apple & Cinnamon.

Candy Kittens Advent Calendar

This sweet calendar goes big the day before Christmas. Every day you’ll be treated a full sized bag of their cute and fruity candies. Plus, the calendar also contains a pair of three limited edition pieces of merch.

Burt’s Bees 12 Days of Joy

You won’t find this lip balm option on vegan countdowns, because they do use beeswax and lanolin. But this collection for the 12 days of Christmas is made without dairy. It includes fun and festive flavors like  Cranberry Spritz, Shortbread Cookie, Vanilla Maple, Mint Cocoa, and Salted Caramel.

LUSH Christmas Advent Calendars

This Christmas, LUSH is offering a whole selection of vegan countdown options, each with 25 bath products. This includes exclusive holiday indulgences, like the Dreaming of a White Christmas Bath Bomb and Candy Cane Bubble Bar.

Lego Advent Calendars

Lego comes up with a few different themes for their advent calendars, and this year they have Christmas House, Nativity, Marvel, Star Wars, and more festive scenes. Each one includes 24 mini-figures, models and accessories to reveal and play with throughout the month!

The Body Shop Advent Calendars

This year, they have released not one, not two, but three advent calendars! You can go modest or luxe, based on your pampering desires. Their staff confirmed that no milk/dairy ingredients are used in any of these products. However, these collections aren’t strictly vegan. All of their products are vegetarian, and most are vegan, but they sometimes use honey or royal jelly in a few of their products.

Melissa & Doug Magnetic Wooden Advent Calendars

Melissa & Doug have their own playful advent calendars, complete with 24 unique wooden ornaments and a tree-topping star. Their toys are typically sustainably made and decorated with water-based, non-toxic paints.

Disney Storybook Advent Calendars

For the kids that like to read, Disney has these advent calendars with 24 storybooks to unwrap. Each year they release a couple new collections. This year is a Classic Storybook collection and a Disney Princess version.

Little People Advent Calendar

I can’t believe “People” toys are still around. They weren’t known as “little” people when I was a kid, and now they have even more detail. This is adorable fun for any little one. But you might be surprised by the size. The little people are housed in a rather big calendar.
